Madi Website Terms of Use

Effective date: 10/1/2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of apneural.com (the “Website”), operated by Apneural, Inc. (“Madi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before using the Website. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Website purpose

The Website provides information about Madi and allows visitors to express interest, join a waitlist, request a demonstration, chat with an automated Madi assistant, or contact our team.

These Terms apply to the public Website. They do not grant access to a Madi product or govern the provision of services to a dental practice. Pilots, subscriptions, development partnerships, access to practice systems, and other services require separate agreements where applicable.

2. Eligibility and submitted information

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry through the Website. If you submit information on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to provide that information.

Provide accurate contact details and do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Do not submit patient information, medical or dental records, personal insurance information, passwords, payment-card details, or confidential information belonging to another person through public Website forms or the Website chat.

3. Pre-launch information and availability

Madi is in pre-launch development. Descriptions, demonstrations, illustrations, proposed features, integrations, timelines, and availability may change.

A waitlist registration, inquiry, or demonstration request does not guarantee access, selection for a pilot, a launch date, pricing, a specific feature, or a particular business outcome. It does not create a purchase obligation for you or a service obligation for us.

Any binding commitments will be stated in a separate applicable agreement.

4. Automated chat assistant

The Website includes an automated chat assistant that answers questions about Madi. You are interacting with software, not a person. Its responses are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for general information only.

Chat responses do not create an offer, commitment, warranty, price quote, or agreement of any kind, and do not modify these Terms or any separate agreement. Information you enter in the chat is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No professional advice or practice authorization

Website content is provided for general business information. It is not medical, dental, legal, insurance, reimbursement, or financial advice and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Submitting a form does not authorize Madi to access practice systems, process patient records, contact patients or payers, make clinical decisions, or take other actions for a practice.

Do not use the Website to seek emergency assistance or submit urgent patient-care requests.

6. Permitted use

You may view and use the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You must not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website or its security.
  • Attempt to access nonpublic systems, accounts, or information without authorization.
  • Introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent inquiries, or use forms for spam.
  • Collect other visitors’ personal information without authorization.
  • Use automated means to scrape the Website or query the chat assistant, or attempt to extract its underlying instructions.
  • Use the Website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, protect the Website, or comply with law.

7. Intellectual property

The Website and its original content, design, branding, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for ordinary viewing, sharing links, and reasonable internal business evaluation, these Terms do not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without permission. Nothing in these Terms limits uses permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not, by itself, imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Inquiries and feedback

You retain any rights you have in information or feedback you submit. You permit us to use your submission as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate your request, and consider your feedback, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

An unsolicited submission does not create a confidentiality agreement or an obligation to compensate you. Do not send proprietary material that requires a confidentiality agreement unless we have agreed to appropriate terms first. This provision does not override our privacy obligations.

9. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability. Your use of them is subject to their applicable terms and policies.

10. Website disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may correct information, modify the Website, or suspend its availability.

These disclaimers do not override express commitments in a separate signed agreement or rights and obligations that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing waives your nonwaivable statutory rights.

12. Privacy

Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Website. Acknowledging that policy does not replace any separate consent required for a particular activity.

13. Changes and general provisions

We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will receive an appropriate notice. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing dispute, and we will obtain additional agreement where required by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not replace a separate written agreement between you and us.
